UNLUNKER - ENGLISH STYLE BARLEYWINE
13.75% ABV Un-barrel aged version of our wildly popular beer, Lunker. Within its malty depths expect to find rich flavors or toasted malt, toffee, caramel & vanilla. The velvety & slightly sweet finish is balanced out beautifully by the warmth of this high-test beer.
WEE HEAVY - SCOTCH ALE
7.7% ABV A traditional Scotch style strong ale, Wee Heavy is built with a backbone of traditional UK malt. Aromas and flavors of rich caramel, hints of graham cracker and dark pit fruit. The body is full and luxurious. Low to moderate earthy hops are only there to balance. Slight pleasantly warming finish. Perfect for cooler weather.

DOUGLAS - BLACK IPA
7.1% ABV Named after the Douglas Fir, native to the Pacific Northwest, this Cascadian Dark Ale is brewed to impart a big punch
of hops while maintaining the qualities of a dark ale. Chocolate & toasted marshmallow malt character lay the foundation to stand up to the big, piney, resiny, citrus hop character. Defined on both malt & hop character.

PIPER - PALE ALE (in cans to-go only)
6% ABV Brewed in collaboration with the 17th Annual Piper Classic Disc Golf Tournament at Blue Ribbon Pines. Every year the Piper chooses a different animal at the Como Zoo to raise money for, this year it's the Flamingo. This pale ale clocks in at 6% ABV & brewed with Citra and Vic Secret hops. Dank resinous pineapple aroma on the nose. Peach, pineapple and a subtle floral bite on the tongue. Did you know that a group of flamingos is a flamboyance?
That journeys into biscuit malt and subtle caramel flavor and aroma. Medium body with a smooth, silky mouthfeel that is accented by a touch of bitterness.
MARZEN - LAGER (Oktoberfest)

SPLIT POINT - PILSNER
5% ABV American-style pilsner with German influence. Brewed in a traditional process using 100% imported German malt & only the finest noble hops. Exemplifying the crisp, crackery malt base with a distinct hop character. Crystal clear, pale straw in color & perfectly carbonated.
SOMMER VICE - BAVARIAN STYLE HEFEWEIZEN
5.5% ABV A true to style Bavarian Hefeweizen featuring aromas of baked bread from the malted wheat, accompanied by banana, clove and hints of lemony citrus from the traditional strain of yeast.
