7.3% ABV Hazys back, back again. Hop Shady features Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops that pack aromas of fruit cocktail. The slight sweetness is balanced by the hop bitterness.

CREW BREW SERIES #3 : ELBOW POWER - EXTRA SPECIAL BITTER

5.0% ABV Our 3rd Crew Brew Series was brewed with one of our newest bartenders, Tina. Her Extra Special Bitter features a beautiful mahogany color with rich malt characters of toasted biscuit, caramel and toffee. Fuggle and Golding hops create a slight hop aroma with earthy and light stone fruit notes. Hop bitterness is moderate but quickly dissipates in conjunction with diminishing sweetness. A perfectly balanced beer that is also quite sessionable.

BEFORE THE DAWN - BLACK BARELYWINE

13.9% ABV American Black Barleywine aged over a year in Templeton Rye Whiskey barrels. Flavors & aromas of whiskey, vanilla, dark chocolate smores and subtle dark fruit. Velvety, robust texture on the pallet with a warming boozy finish. Oak and moderate tannins help finish and balance the sweetness. A big beer, robust and full of character.

DISSENT - DARK ALE

7% ABV Bold & complex from the dark roasted malts, rich velvety mouthfeel from the oats. Bittersweet dark chocolate, hints of coffee & malted cream.

LUNKER - BARREL AGED BARLEYWINE

13.75% ABV An English-style barleywine aged in Rye Whiskey barrels. Rye whiskey aromas followed by caramel, toffee, vanilla, oak char and toasted bread notes. The rich full-bodied character and sweetness of Lunker is tempered by the moderate bitterness. Comforting and warming, a perfect accompaniment to a cozy cool evening fire.
