FINALLY HAZY IPA

Collaboration with Barrel Theory Beer Company 

Brewed with a base of Pilsner and 2-Row malt, along with a healthy dose of oats and wheat for a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. We whirlpooled this hazy IPA with Citra hops, then hit it with a generous dry hop of Citra, Strata, and Nelson Sauvin. The result bursts with bright notes of peach, melon, white grape, and passion fruit.

Douglas Black IPA

Named after the Douglas Fir—native to the Pacific Northwest—our Cascadian Dark Ale delivers a bold hop punch while preserving the rich depth of a dark ale. Notes of chocolate and toasted marshmallow provide a sturdy malt backbone that perfectly balances the piney, resinous, and citrus-forward hop profile. A beautifully defined beer, showcasing harmony between malt and hops.

STICKER FIGHT DOUBLE IPA

Our Double IPA, Sticker Fight is the big tropical fruity, juicy fruit, mango laden friend, you’ve always desired. The body is crisp, with just enough sweetness to counter the onslaught of aromatic and flavorful hops. Supremely satisfying, utterly demanded by fans.

SIZE 7 IPA

While the size of the boot might be a bit small, the intensity of the hop flavor and aroma more than makes up for it. We take prodigious amounts of hops and add them any chance we get to this Pacific Northwest-style IPA. If you ever call Size 7 balanced we’ll kick you where it hurts (in the hop sack). Big aroma and flavor of lemon-lime and zesty orange peel with a dry and clean bitter finish.

Sacrifice hop aroma and flavor in a lower alcohol IPA? We think not! Brewed to embody the best hop qualities of a highly aromatic and flavorful IPA, yet ever mindful of the desire to have a few. Loaded with pungent hops to impart aromas of blueberry, lime candy, and juicy fruit; a defined, yet balanced bitterness finishes the beer.
