Stivale Italian-Style Pilsner

Stivale is an Italian-Style Pilsner, bright with distinctive Nobel hop aromas of floral and citrus notes followed by soft pilsner malt flavor and a touch of bitterness.

Size 11 Triple IPA

This beastly Triple India Pale Ale is the biggest of siblings to Size 7. Aromas of ripe Honey dew and citrus explode at first sniff. Built on the same back bone as Size 7, but turned up to 11 in all aspects. Malt sweetness up front, with a full mouthfeel, give way to ridiculously copious layering of hops. Wave after wave of orange peel, grapefruit, honey dew and pineapple are pronounced from aroma, to flavor, to finishing bitterness. Warming but not hot, this one will definitely rock your hoppy world! Hyperbole aside, this may be the best full example of the power of hops and malt in beer that has ever been expressed.

DISSENT STOUT                                                              

Bold and complex from the roasted malts, rich velvety mouthfeel from the oats. Bittersweet dark chocolate, hints of coffee & malted cream.

STICKER FIGHT DOUBLE IPA

Our Double IPA, Sticker Fight is the big tropical fruity, juicy fruit, mango laden friend, you’ve always desired. The body is crisp, with just enough sweetness to counter the onslaught of aromatic and flavorful hops. Supremely satisfying, utterly demanded by fans.

SIZE 7 IPA

While the size of the boot might be a bit small, the intensity of the hop flavor and aroma more than makes up for it. We take prodigious amounts of hops and add them any chance we get to this Pacific Northwest-style IPA. If you ever call Size 7 balanced we’ll kick you where it hurts (in the hop sack). Big aroma and flavor of lemon-lime and zesty orange peel with a dry and clean bitter finish.

Sacrifice hop aroma and flavor in a lower alcohol IPA? We think not! Brewed to embody the best hop qualities of a highly aromatic and flavorful IPA, yet ever mindful of the desire to have a few. Loaded with pungent hops to impart aromas of blueberry, lime candy, and juicy fruit; a defined, yet balanced bitterness finishes the beer.
