MARZEN - OKTOBERFEST LAGER

Steel Toe’s traditional example of this style begins with hues of deep gold and orange, capped with glorious foam that journeys into biscuit malt and subtle caramel flavor and aroma. Medium body with a smooth, silky mouthfeel that is accented by a touch of bitterness.

2026 Lunker - English-Style Barleywine

The 15 year Steel Toe  Anniversary release of Lunker is an English-Style Barleywine aged for 12 months in Old Forester Rye Whiskey barrels. This dark brown masterpiece has aromas and flavors of Rye Whiskey followed by caramel, toffee, raisins, vanilla and graham cracker. The rich full bodied character and sweetness of Lunker is tempered by oak tannins and moderate bitterness. Comforting and warming.

Piper - Pale Ale

This pale ale is brewed with Citra & Ramosa hops that create a dank resinous pineapple aroma and flavors of mango & pineapple with a subtle floral bite. In collaboration with The Piper Classic disc golf tournament.

Fest Bier

To celebrate our 15 year Anniversary and an early beginning to Autumn, we present Festbier! A German-Style Oktoberfest Bier.  Golden in color with a clean lager profile, smooth malty backbone and a subtle spice & floral hop character, finishing round yet crisp.  Easy to drink, hard to put down - Prost!

Sommervice Hefe-Weizen

A true-to-style Bavarian Hefeweizen, brewed to be perfectly refreshing for a hot summer day. Aromas of baked bread, from the malted wheat, are accompanied by banana, clove, & hints of lemony citrus from a traditional strain of yeast.

Carbide IPA

A beer brewed to highlight the juicy, fruity & tropical aspects of hops.

SIZE 7 IPA

While the size of the boot might be a bit small, the intensity of the hop flavor and aroma more than makes up for it. We take prodigious amounts of hops and add them any chance we get to this Pacific Northwest-style IPA. If you ever call Size 7 balanced we’ll kick you where it hurts (in the hop sack). Big aroma and flavor of lemon-lime and zesty orange peel with a dry and clean bitter finish.

Sacrifice hop aroma and flavor in a lower alcohol IPA? We think not! Brewed to embody the best hop qualities of a highly aromatic and flavorful IPA, yet ever mindful of the desire to have a few. Loaded with pungent hops to impart aromas of blueberry, lime candy, and juicy fruit; a defined, yet balanced bitterness finishes the beer.
